We partner with our importers on their Café Delas Program. Café Delas was created to help female coffee farmers access the resources, knowledge and voice they need to grow their operations to the fullest potential.

Every Café Delas coffee is sourced 100% from female farmers and for every sale, a portion of the profit is reinvested in programs that promote gender equality and empower women in the field.

AtSource certification promotes sustainability and ethical practices in the coffee industry in several ways.

Firstly, under the AtSource Supplier Code, it provides a framework for identifying and addressing the key sustainability challenges facing coffee growers, such as climate change, soil erosion, and water scarcity. By working with growers to implement sustainable practices, AtSource certification helps to mitigate these challenges and promote long-term environmental sustainability.

Secondly, AtSource certification supports the livelihoods of coffee farmers and their communities by ensuring fair prices for their crops, promoting safe and healthy working conditions, and supporting community development projects. Finally, AtSource certification provides transparency and traceability throughout the coffee supply chain, from farm to cup. Every three years, the data is verified by an independent party for compliance.
